A complicated and comprehensive refurbishment of a large office block in Birmingham City Centre.  Over 100,000 sq ft of Grade A office space currently under construction.

A six-storey office refurbishment project fronting on to St Philips Cathedral in the heart of the Birmingham Business District.  Works included infilling a poorly functioning lightwell, structural alterations and a new facade to the two upper floors.  A logistically challenging project, but the results are amazing.

Complicated office refurbishment in the centre of Leeds.  Works involved the removal of the facade to the front elevation and we replaced it with terracotta and curtain walling.  Works also included formation of additional floors space on the top two levels.  Currently shortlisted for a BCO award.

Luxury new-build residential house on a private estate in Surrey.  Built to the highest specification and utilising Control 4 to control all functions of the house including lighting, heating and audio/visual streaming.  Luxury living at its best!

High-end residential refurbishment in the heart of Kensington.   Works included the construction of a basement (including a very cool car lift), a roof top mansard extension and an overall luxury specification.
